About Us

Over 60 Years of Local Service

The business was first established in the early 1960s and focused on fabricating and installing HVAC ductwork and fittings for homes, businesses, and institutions around Salisbury, Maryland. As customer needs grew in the area, Shore Sheet Metal expanded to support much of the Delmarva Peninsula.

From the beginning, we also met the sheet metal fabrication needs of the expanding number of roofing, window, encapsulation, and general construction businesses on the peninsula and into the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan areas.

Through our history, we have constantly upgraded our facility, equipment, and technology to keep pace with the ever-changing construction industry. One of our more recent additions was a powder coating facility needed to fill a void for such a service in our area.

Leveraging Delmarva’s proximity to Mid-Atlantic ports and yards, Shore Sheet Metal developed a marine construction/shipbuilding support focus, fabricating and installing metal fit-out items aboard vessels, including ductwork, boiler stacks, and marine-grade trim metal shapes.

Today, and during all phases of the company, leadership remains close to the shop floor with a hands-on approach to product design and employee mentoring.

From our base at 1209 N. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury, MD, we combine legacy HVAC expertise with architectural metals and marine work, keeping the same customer-focused ethos that has guided us since the early 1960s.
