The fans must be precisely sized and installed to effectively move the air through the complex ship structure, all while limiting noise.

Passenger and crew satisfaction depends on an efficient and continuously operational galley. Effective and odorless ventilation from grease hoods and ovens is essential.
Boiler Stacks
